Study on the Influence Mechanism of Adoptive Agriculture Platform Affordance on Consumers'Participation IntentionAbstract:Clarifying the mechanism through which platform affordance influences consumers'participation intention in adoptive agriculture is crucial for expanding the market scale, modernizing the Chinese agricultural industry, and fostering the development of new agricultural distribution models.Grounded in the context of adoptive agriculture, this study employs the theory of affordance to investigate the mechanism between platform affordance and participation intention, with a specific focus on the mediating role of green perceived value and the moderating effect of green offline experience. The findings reveal that information, interaction, and guidance affordances of the platform significantly positively influence consumers'participation intention. Both green functional value and green emotional value serve as parallel mediators between platform affordance and participation intention.Furthermore, green offline experience significantly strengthens the positive effect of green perceived value on participation intention.Accordingly, this study proposes managerial insights, such as optimizing platform functional design and enhancing online-to-offline synergy,to provide decision-making support for the high-quality development of adoptive agriculture.
Mediation and Arbitration of Rural Land Disputes from the Perspective of"Fengqiao Experience"in the New EraAbstract:Rural land disputes are characterized by their mass, social, local, and administrative nature. The concept of source governance and diversified dispute resolution advocated by the"Fengqiao Experience"in the new era provides valuable guidance for improving the coordination mechanism between mediation, arbitration, and litigation for rural land disputes. This article reviews the practical evolution and legislative development of rural land dispute resolution models in China. It identifies several issues within the current coordination mechanism, including a fragmented legal framework,a lack of cross-departmental collaboration, and insufficient authority of arbitration institutions.Consequently, construction pathways for this mechanism are proposed from the perspective of the"Fengqiao Experience".These include:establishing a tripartite procedural coordination system integrating mediation, arbitration, and litigation, with a focus on enhancing pre-litigation coordination;building a collaborative governance network between grassroots organizations and the judicial system to standardize dispute resolution standards;and promoting the systematic training of arbitrators to strengthen the credibility of rural land dispute mediation and arbitration institutions.
The Impact of Retaliatory Tariffs against US on China's Agricultural ImportsAbstract:In the recent Sino-US trade frictions,China was compelled to impose retaliatory tariffs, primarily targeting agricultural products.Building on a theoretical analysis of the restrictive, diversionary, and net effects of these tariffs on China's agricultural imports, this study employs a difference-in-differences(DID)model to empirically assess their impact on both import quantities and prices. The results indicate that:(1)The retaliatory tariffs significantly suppressed the quantity of agricultural imports from the United States and forced down the prices of U.S.agricultural products, demonstrating the effectiveness of the tariff measures;(2)The tariffs also generated a significant import diversion effect, leading China to increase agricultural imports from other countries and regions;(3)Overall,the tariff retaliation significantly increased the total volume of China's agricultural imports but did not raise the average import price. Therefore,in terms of agricultural trade itself, the retaliatory tariffs did not have a substantially negative impact on China's overall agricultural imports.
