Abstract:Objective:To explore the conceptual definition and connotation of intuitive eating, providing a theoretical basis for in-depth research on this topic. Methods:A systematic search was conducted across databases including CNKI,WanFang Data,VIP,CBM,EMbase,Web of Science,PsycINFO,CINAHL,and PubMed.The search period spanned from database inception to December 31,2024.Using the conceptual analysis framework proposed by Walker and Avant,we analyzed and defined key aspects of intuitive eating. Results:A total of 149 articles were included.Intuitive eating encompassed 3 conceptual attributes, including adaptive eating behaviors involving self-regulation,an integrated nature combining nutrition and psychology, and attributes supporting long-term health outcomes. Its prerequisites encompass individual demographic factors(gender, age, body mass index),lifestyle factors(eating speed, eating patterns),physiological and psychological factors(interoceptive accuracy,self-compassion,emotional eating, body image concerns),and interpersonal factors(family cohesion, friendship quality, others'body acceptance).Consequences encompass enhanced body satisfaction, improved mental health, reduced eating disorders, and elevated physical health indicators. Conclusions:This study clarifies the conceptual attributes of intuitive eating through analysis, providing a reference for clinical dietary interventions.Future researchers could develop assessment tools tailored to different populations based on the conceptual framework of intuitive eating and construct management plans for clinical patients with eating disorders. This approach aims to further optimize dietary practices and deliver scientifically grounded yet practical solutions.
Abstract:Objective:To comprehensively evaluate the prevalence of fear of falling among older adults through Meta-analysis,providing evidence-based guidance for prevention and intervention strategies.Methods:Cross-sectional studies on the prevalence of fear of falling in older adults were retrieved from CNKI,WanFang Data,VIP,CBM,Cochrane Library,PubMed,Web of Science, and EMbase. The search period spanned from database inception to February 2025.Meta-analysis was performed using Stata 18.0 software. Results:A total of 20 cross-sectional studies were included, involving 12 392 participants. The prevalence of fear of falling among older adults was 48.51%(6 011/12 392).Meta-analysis results indicated a prevalence of 53.2%(95%CI 46.2%-60.2%).Subgroup analysis revealed a higher prevalence of fear of falling among females, older age groups,non-solitary,those with a history of falls, individuals not requiring walking aids, those taking fewer than three medications, and residents of medical and nursing institutions. Conclusion:The prevalence of fear of falling among the elderly is high.Early screening should be implemented, and effective, scientifically grounded interventions should be adopted to reduce the incidence of fear of falling in this population.
Abstract:Objective:To construct an oral diet management plan for patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy, providing a reference for dietary management during anti-tumor treatment for esophageal cancer patients. Methods:Based on the evidence-based concept, the initial draft of the diet management plan was formed through literature retrieval and semi-structured interviews.A total of 20 clinical oncology nurses, specialized nurses and nursing management experts from tertiary grade A hospitals were selected for 2 rounds of Delphi expert inquiries. The oral dietary management plan for patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy was finally determined. Results:The effective recovery rates of the questionnaires in the 2 rounds of expert inquiries were both 100%,the expert authority coefficients were both 0.89,and the Kendall's W were 0.081 and 0.083 respectively, both with P<0.05.The final oral diet management plan for patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy includes 8 first-level items,13 second-level items and 40 third-level items. Conclusion:The dietary management plan for esophageal cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy constructed in this study has certain scientificity and reliability, and could provide a reference for the oral diet of esophageal cancer patients during anti-tumor treatment.
Abstract:Objective:To establish optimal evidence for preventing unplanned endotracheal extubation in adult patients undergoing endotracheal intubation in the intensive care unit(ICU),apply it to clinical practice, and evaluate its effectiveness. Methods:The PIPOST framework was used to define evidence-based practice questions.A search strategy and search terms were developed to retrieve, synthesize, and assess the clinical appropriateness of evidence, thereby identifying optimal practice evidence.Review indicators were then established, baseline reviews conducted, implementation barriers analyzed, and change strategies formulated.Compare the rate of unplanned extubation through oral tracheal intubation in adult ICU patients before and after the application of the best evidence, the implementation of various review indicators by ICU nursing staff, and the changes in the knowledge, attitude and practice level of ICU nursing staff in prevention of accidental oral intubation dislodgement in adult patients. Results:After evidence implementation, the rate of unintentional endotracheal tube dislodgenment among ICU patients decreased from 0.92%to 0.25%,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Implementation rates of all indicators except Indicator 11 improved following evidence-based practice.Nurses'total scores for knowledge, attitude, and practice regarding preventing unplanned endotracheal extubation in adult ICU patients receiving endotracheal intubation increased, with all differences statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based preventive management strategies effectively enhance ICU nurses'clinical practice implementation capabilities and knowledge-attitude-practice levels.Although the improvement in unplanned endotracheal extubation rates did not reach statistical significance, the overall approach positively contributes to enhancing nursing quality.
Abstract:Objective:To explore the influencing factors of marital quality in breast cancer patients. Methods:Cohort studies,case-control studies and cross-sectional studies on the marital quality of breast cancer patients were retrieved from Cochrane Library,PubMed,EMbase,Web of Science,CBM,CNKI,WanFang Data and VIP.Meta-analysis of the data was conducted using Stata 14.0 software. Results:A total of 15 articles were included, with a total sample size of 3 906 cases. The influencing factors of marital quality in breast cancer patients include educational level(OR=1.67,95%CI 1.00-2.80,P=0.05),family economic income(OR=12.21,95%CI 9.20-16.21,P<0.001),marital status(OR=2.10,95%CI 1.41-3.14,P<0.001),sources of medical expenses(OR=2.65,95%CI 2.34-3.00,P<0.001),housework allocation(OR=2.14,95%CI 1.67-4.29,P=0.032),course of disease(OR=3.12,95%CI 2.08-4.70,P<0.001),marital satisfaction(OR=3.55,95%CI 3.08-4.09,P<0.001),the sexual experience(OR=2.82,95%CI 2.40-3.33,P<0.001),and social support(OR=1.74,95%CI 1.35-2.23,P=0.032).Conclusion:Breast cancer seriously affects the marital quality of female patients.Nursing staff should enhance their awareness and attention to the marital quality of breast cancer patients, and formulate comprehensive, meticulous and personalized psychological intervention measures to prevent marital anxiety among breast cancer patients.
