[Journal Article]Wang Na-Journal of Qilu Nursing2017, No.02

Abstract:Objective:To explore the influence of the new mode of obstetric nursing on primiparas' negative emotion, progress of labor and quality of nursing care. Methods:A total of 150 primiparae were divided into the observed group (n =75)and the control group (n =75) according to lottery law maternal. The control group was treated with routine obstetric care, while the observation group were treated with the new mode of nursing intervention. The maternal negative emotions, the progress of labor and delivery quality situation before and after the intervention were compared between two groups. Results:Two groups' scores of SAS and SDS after the intervention were significantly lower than those before the intervention and after the intervention the observation group's scores of SAS and SDS were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The first stage of labor's time, the second stage of labor's time and the total process time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The natural birth rate and the satisfaction rate were significantly higher than those in the control groups(P < 0.05),while the rate of cesarean section, postpartum hemorrhage, and neonatal asphyxia rate were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The new mode of obstetric nursing can effectively reduce the negative emotion of primiparas, shorten the delivery process and improve the natural delivery rate and satisfaction rate.

Analysis of the effectiveness of seamless nursing management model in the course of transportation and delivery of critical y il patients in the emergency department
[Journal Article]Wei Lan-Journal of Qilu Nursing2015, No.20

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of seamless nursing management model in the course of transportation and delivery of critically ill patients in the emergency department. Methods:188 critically ill patients in the emergency department(June 2012 to May 2013)were taken as group A(before the implementation of seamless nursing management model)and other 150 critically ill patients (June 2013 to May 2014)were taken as group B(after the implementation of seamless nursing management model). The status of trans-portation and delivery of critically ill patients and the scores of peer - evaluation on satisfaction between the nurses were compared between the two groups. Results:The telephone inquiry times between departments, buckpassing frequency and the frequency of failing to report crit-ical value was significantly less after the implementation of seamless nursing management model than that before its implementation and the difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05);the total score of nursing satisfaction was 94. 3 ± 1. 8 points after the implementation of the model and it was significantly higher than 81. 2 ± 2. 4 before the implementation of the model, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05);the score of each item was significantly higher after the implementation of the model than that be-fore its implementation(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:The implementation of seamless nursing management model can make the transfer process smoother and reduce the number of errors so as to save time for clinical treatment of critically ill patients.

[Journal Article]Peng Yunli, Xi Xiujuan, Qin Yanqiu-Journal of Qilu Nursing2015, No.01

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of the individualized psychological nursing intervention on the psychological state of patients with multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods:60 patients with multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into the control and experimental groups(30 cases in each group). The conventional psychological nursing care was taken in the control group and the individualized psychological nursing care was adopted in the experimental group, the adverse psychological reaction, medication compliance and the length of stay in hospital of the patients were observed and compared between the two groups. Results:There was statistically significant difference in the comparison of SCL-90 score between the two groups after treatment(P<0. 05);the differ-ences in the comparison of the medication compliance of the patients and improvement rate according to the chest X-ray examination were statistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The individualized psychological nursing intervention can improve the medication compli-ance of patients with multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis and shorten the hospitalization time.

[Journal Article]Yang Yuansheng-Journal of Qilu Nursing2016, No.05

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on children with severe pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure. Methods:90 children with severe pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure were randomly divided into the observa-tion group and the control group(45 cases in each group). The children in both group were given the same treatment, the routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the comprehensive nursing intervention was additionally implemented in the observation group. The remission of clinical symptoms, blood gas changes and pulmonary function of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results:The time of dyspnea remission, cyanosis disappearance and pulmonary rales disappearance, heart rate recovery time and hospitalization time were shorter in the observation group than the control group(P < 0. 05);there were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the results of SaO2 ,PaO2 ,PaCO2 and pulmonary function test between the two groups(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing intervention on children with severe pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure can shorten the time of clinical symptom relief, and ef-fectively improve the respiratory function of the children.

Application of the modified pudendal nerve anesthesia combined with unprotected midwifery in primiparas undergoing spontaneous delivery

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of applying the modified pudendal nerve anesthesia combined with unprotected midwifery in primiparas undergoing spontaneous delivery.Methods:300 primiparas with natural childbirth were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(150 primiparas in each group) .The unprotected midwifery under conventional pudendal nerve anesthesia was used in the control group;the modified pudendal nerve anesthesia plus multipoint local anesthesia combined with unprotected midwifery was adopted in the observation group, the index of perineal injury, perineal pain during labor, the labor time of the second stage, postpartum hemorrhage, neonatal asphyxia, hospitalization time and costs were compared between the two groups. Results:The rate of perineal lacera-tion was lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05);the perineotomy rate was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the perineal integrity rate was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the second degree perineal pain rate during labor was lower than the control group(P<0.05);there were not statistically significant differences in the comparison of the labor time of the second stage, postpartum hemorrhage, neonatal asphyxia, the hospitalization time and cost between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Applica-tion of the modified pudendal nerve anesthesia combined with unprotected midwifery in primiparas undergoing spontaneous delivery can re-duce maternal perineal injury rate and perineotomy rate, improve the perineal integrity rate and reduce maternal perineal pain,it is safe and effective.
