Influence of the New Mode of Obstetric Nursing on Primiparas Negative Emotion,Progress of Labor and Quality of Nursing Care

Abstract：Objective:To explore the influence of the new mode of obstetric nursing on primiparas' negative emotion,progress of labor and quality of nursing care.Methods:A total of 150 primiparae were divided into the observed group (n =75)and the control group (n =75) according to lottery law maternal.The control group was treated with routine obstetric care,while the observation group were treated with the new mode of nursing intervention.The maternal negative emotions,the progress of labor and delivery quality situation before and after the intervention were compared between two groups.Results:Two groups' scores of SAS and SDS after the intervention were significantly lower than those before the intervention and after the intervention the observation group's scores of SAS and SDS were significantly lower than those in the control group(P ＜ 0.05).The first stage of labor's time,the second stage of labor's time and the total process time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P ＜ 0.05).The natural birth rate and the satisfaction rate were significantly higher than those in the control groups(P ＜ 0.05),while the rate of cesarean section,postpartum hemorrhage,and neonatal asphyxia rate were significantly lower than those in the control group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The new mode of obstetric nursing can effectively reduce the negative emotion of primiparas,shorten the delivery process and improve the natural delivery rate and satisfaction rate.
