The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the patients in the observation group were provided extra nursing intervention, the scores of postoperative pain of the patients and satisfaction of nursing care were compared between the two groups. Results:The painless rate of the patients after operation was 32. 4% in the observation group and it was significantly higher than 8. 7% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(χ2 = 4. 36,P < 0. 05);the satisfaction rate of nursing care was 94. 1% in the observation group and it was significantly higher than 65. 2% in the control group(χ2 = 7. 921,P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The effective nursing intervention can obviously reduce the degree of postoperative pain of fracture patients and significantly improve the quality of nursing care.
