Throughquestionnaireandfieldresearch,thispaperprimarilyanalyzedanddiscussedtheforma-tionprocess,overallcharacteristicsaswellasnewsituationsandproblemsofcurrentNingboduringthefurtherde-velopmentofFamilyFarm. AlthoughFamilyFarmsinNingbohaspromisingprospectandsolidfoundation,there alsodistinctlyexistproblemsandchallengeslikeshortperiodoffieldcirculation,highcostofland,alackofagricul-turaltalentsandruralservicesystem,thelowqualityoffarm managersandemployees,etc.

Abstract:From the actual situation of e-commerce development of agricultural products in Fujian,this paper described its current situation,and analyzed the problems existed in the e-commerce of agricultural products,including farmers’ lack of recognition on the e-commerce of agricultural products,the shortage of e-commerce talents of agricultural products,complex standardization channels in agricultural product industry,imperfect rural logistics system,back-ward e-commerce platform of agricultural products,etc. Then,the corresponding countermeasures were put forward to speed up the e-commerce development of agricultural products in Fujian,which included increasing the promotion of developing e-commerce of agricultural products,cultivating modern e-commerce talents of agricultural products, improving the interactivity of e-commerce platform and individualized service level for customers,and so on.

Abstract:Leisure agriculture in Taiwan has developed for more than 30 years;creativity has become its gold-lettered signboard. The creativity lies in constructive total planning,activity designing and primary products development.The creativity of total planning includes creative exploitation of environmental resources,creative design of landscape node and functional facility in leisure agriculture. The creativity of activity designing lies in the creative design of theme and experience project. The creativity of agricultural produce is to make produces become arts. The ubiqui-tous creativity increases the benefits of leisure agriculture in Taiwan.
