Study on the Impact of Digital Inclusive Finance on Assisting the Rural Low-income Populations

Abstract:[Objective/Meaning]The introduction of digital inclusive finance will continue to promote the income generation of rural low-income population,drive their consumption capacity and optimize the debt structure of low-income population in rural areas,which can further optimize the current working mechanism of assisting the low-income population in rural areas in China.[Methods/Procedures]Based on the data of China Household Finance Survey(CHFS)in 2019 and the province-level data of Peking University Digital Financial Inclusion Index of China(PKU-DFIIC)in 2019,the impact of digital inclusive finance on the assistance of rural low-income population was quantitatively analyzed and evaluated from a micro perspective.[Results/Conclusions]There was a great resistance to the transmission of digital inclusive finance in rural areas.There were some problems,such as the less establishment of financial institutions,the cumbersome process of business handling,and the high threshold of villagers' loans,and the higher cost of handling the process,etc.Therefore,focus on assisting the rural low-income population,the government should continue to promote the development of digital inclusive finance,promote the income generation for residents,drive the rural consumption,improve the debt structure of rural households,enhance the disposable income level of rural low-income populations,and prevent the large-scale returning to poverty.

Analysis on the Integrated Development Path of Putian's Vernacular Culture and Ecotourism Under the Background of Rural Revitalization

Abstract:[Objective/Meaning]Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,the integrated development of vernacular culture and ecotourism has become an important way to promote the sustainable development of rural areas.As the place of origin for Mazu culture,Putian City has rich cultural heritage and ecological resources.By exploring the ways to promote rural development through the cultural revitalization and ecological revitalization,it could provide a demonstration for the integration of Fujian and Taiwan.[Methods/Procedures]By using the methods of literature analysis,case study and field investigation,the characteristics of vernacular culture and the current situation of ecotourism development in Putian City were sorted out,and the role of Mazu culture,Puxian opera and traditional crafts in ecotourism was emphatically analyzed.At the same time,the problems existing in the current development process were also summarized,such as insufficient cultural excavation,product homogeneity,low participation of villagers and lack of cross-strait cooperation mechanism.Then,the corresponding optimization strategies were put forward.[Results/Conclusions]The study found that Putian City had special advantages in the integration of vernacular culture and ecotourism,but it was urgent to solve the problems of imbalance between cultural protection and development,insufficient innovation of tourism products,and weak community participation.The countermeasures were put forward including building the development model of"culture as the soul,ecology as the foundation and tourism as the medium",promoting the activation of intangible cultural heritage,the construction of cultural tourism brand,the development of smart tourism and the participation of village collective economy,as well as deepening the cultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan,thus to enhance the cultural recognition and economic sustainability,and to help the rural revitalization and the cross-strait integrated development.

Empirical Analysis on the Level of Urban-rural Integration in Fuzhou from the Perspective of Industrial Sustainable Development

Abstract:[Objective/Meaning]The urban and rural integration development is an important symbol of modernization and an inevitable requirement for promoting the income of farmers,narrowing the income gap and achieving the urban-rural balance.By focusing on the perspective of sustainable development of industry,and based on the relevant data from Fuzhou Statistical Yearbook and Urban Construction Statistical Yearbook,the level of urban-rural integration in Fuzhou was studied in this paper,in order to provide suggestions for enhancing the overall coordination of economy and society and improving the level of urban-rural integration in Fuzhou.[Methods/Procedures]By focusing on the three dimensions of economic development integration,social life integration and ecological civilization integration,twelve secondary indicators were set up to construct the evaluation index system for the level of urban-rural integration in Fuzhou.The entropy method was used to determine the weight of each indicator in the index system and measure the level of urban-rural integration in Fuzhou from 2012 to 2023.[Results/Conclusions]The results showed that the overall integration level of urban and rural economic development in Fuzhou showed an increasing tendency,the integration level of social life showed a fluctuating rise,and the integration level of ecological civilization showed the fluctuating growth.While achieving results,there was still room for improvement in the indicators such as the per capita consumption expenditure ratio of urban and rural residents,the transportation and communication consumption expenditure ratio of urban and rural residents,the healthcare consumption expenditure ratio of urban and rural residents,and the proportion of energy conservation and environmental protection in fiscal expenditure.On the basis of the above research results,the policy recommendations were put forward to further improve the level of urban-rural integration,including strengthening the development of characteristic modern agriculture to promote the integration of urban and rural industries;optimizing the balanced and efficient allocation of urban and rural resources to promote the flow of factors;improving the rural public service system to enhance the service levels;and strengthening the publicity of ecological civilization policies to enhance the implementation of policy measures.

Analysis on the Temporal and Spatial Differentiation and Influencing Factors of Non-grain Conversion of Farmland in the Economically Developed Areas

Abstract:[Objection/Meaning]The study aimed to explore the temporal and spatial evolution laws of non-grain conversion of farmland at the plot scale in the economically developed areas and its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for the formulation of farmland protection policies.[Methods/Procedures]Firstly,based on the interpretation of remote sensing images,the types and degrees of non-grain conversion of farmland in Hangzhou City in 2010,2015 and 2020 were identified at the plot scale.Furthermore,with the help of the Geographically and Temporally Weighted Regression model(GTWR),the influencing mechanism of non-grain conversion of farmland was explored.[Results/Conclusions]The study found that:(1)From 2010 to 2015,the non-grain conversion rate of farmland in Hangzhou City increased from 26.05%to 31.42%,and then decreased to 15.83%from 2015 to 2020.The spatial distribution imbalance intensified.(2)During the research period,the area of pond aquaculture decreased significantly,while the area of vegetable production continued to increase.(3)The original quality of farmland aggravated the expansion of non-grain conversion of farmland.On the contrary,the geographical conditions were the key factors to inhibit the spread of this trend.The impact of the accessibility of agricultural landscapes on the non-grain conversion of farmland changed from negative to positive.(4)The influencing factors of non-grain conversion of farmland mainly played a role in the urban fringe areas,and the spatial heterogeneity was high.Based on the above conclusions,the attention should be paid to the temporal and spatial evolution and the type trends of non-grain conversion of farmland,the differences in factors such as the original quality and geographical conditions should be considered,and the management and control of urban fringe areas should be strengthened,so as to balance the urban development and food security.

Analysis on the Spatial Optimization of Traditional Villages in Hainan from the Perspective of Cultural Ecology

Abstract:[Objective/Meaning]Under the dual crisis of traditional village space alienation and cultural inheritance fracture caused by the acceleration of urbanization,based on the theory of cultural ecology,the innovative path of village space optimization was explored,aiming to provide theoretical and practical support for protecting the traditional cultural genes,improving the space utilization efficiency and promoting the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.[Methods/Procedures]Based on the theory of cultural ecology,through the integrated application of field research,spatial syntax analysis and systematic research methods,the interaction mechanism between the spatial form and the cultural,social and ecological elements of Damei Village,Jinjiang Town,Chengmai County,Hainan Province,was deeply analyzed.With the help of the research path of material space observation,social organization dynamic analysis and ecological knowledge accumulation,the co-evolution law of spatial form and its complex ecosystem were revealed,and the targeted optimization strategies were put forward accordingly.[Results/Conclusions]The results showed that Damei Village has effectively maintained cultural identification and collective memory through the interaction between material space and non-material cultural practice,forming a complex ecosystem evolution model with regional characteristics.On this basis,the optimization strategies were put forward from three aspects,including constructing a global space protection framework,strengthening the driving effect of cultural ecology on space promotion,and rebuilding the village space of cultural spiritual home.

Analysis on the Path of Promoting the Scientific and Technological Innovation in Fujian Province with the Support of Competitive Intelligence

Abstract:[Objective/Meaning]This study aimed to discuss how to drive the transformation and upgrading of economic structure and the high-quality development of Fujian Province through the scientific and technological innovation under the background of globalization and rapid development of science and technology,in order to provide practical reference and decision-making basis for the local governments to formulate the effective scientific and technological innovation policies,industrial upgrading paths and high-quality development strategies.[Methods/Procedures]The research status of competitive intelligence and scientific and technological innovation at home and abroad was summarized by means of the methods such as literature investigation,policy analysis and network information collection.Then,the relationship between the two and the role of competitive intelligence in scientific and technological innovation were discussed.[Results/Conclusions]The research showed that tthe competitive intelligence could provide support for the decision-making,process management and achievement transformation of scientific and technological innovation in Fujian Province.Accordingly,the corresponding optimization strategies were put forward including enhancing the capacity building of competitive intelligence,strengthening its application support in the evaluation of scientific and technological innovation,establishing the mechanism-oriented scientific and technological innovation exchange platform,and strengthening the construction of safety supervision system for the competitive intelligence work and scientific and technological innovation platform,thus to promote the development of scientific and technological innovation in Fujian.

Analysis on the Impact of Government Regulation on the Environmental Participation Behavior of Residents

Abstract:[Objective/Meaning]The study aimed to clarify the differentiated impact of government policy regulation and behavior regulation on the environmental participation behavior of residents,and to reveal the the moderating effect of environmental cognition,so as to provide the empirical basis for formulating the precise environmental governance policies.[Methods/Procedures]Based on CGSS 2018 data,the principal component analysis method was used to reduce the dimension of relevant variables.Then,the OLS model was used to explore the impact of government policy regulation and behavior regulation on the environmental participation behavior of residents,and to analyze the moderating effect of environmental cognition.Further,the robustness test was carried out by reducing the sample regression and increasing the control variable regression,and the endogenous problem was discussed by using the propensity score matching method.[Results/Conclusions]Both the government policy regulation and behavioral regulation significantly promoted the environmental participation behavior of residents,and the impact of behavioral regulation was stronger before the interaction of moderating variables were added.The environmental cognition had a positive moderating effect on both policy regulation and behavior regulation,and its moderating effect on policy regulation was greater than that on behavior regulation.

Quantitative Evaluation of Agricultural Integrated Development Policies Between Fujian and Taiwan Based on PMC Index Model

Abstract:[Objective/Meaning]The integrated development of agriculture between Fujian and Taiwan is a key link of cross-strait communication and cooperation,and an effective policy support system is urgently needed.The quantitative analysis of policy texts can provide scientific basis and improvement suggestions for the formulation and improvement of policies.[Methods/Procedures]In this study,37 policy texts for the agricultural integrated development between Fujian and Taiwan issued at the national,provincial and prefecture-level cities were taken as the research object.Then,the index system for policy evaluation was constructed by combining the policy text mining(ROST CM6)with the PMC index model,and 12 representative policy texts were quantitatively evaluated and empirically analyzed.[Results/Conclusions]Among the selected 12 policies,8 policies were evaluated as excellent and 4 policies were evaluated as good,indicating an overall favorable trend and reasonable design of the policies.However,some policies still faced the issues such as insufficient predictability and supervision,inadequate integration of policy timeliness with long-term and short-term planning,and insufficient combination of macro and micro perspectives.Based on these findings,the targeted optimization countermeasures were put forward from the three dimensions of policy property,timeliness,and multi-dimensional perspectives,aiming to promote the scientific and systematic construction of the policy of agricultural integrated development between Fujian and Taiwan.

Research on the Realization of Interest Demands of Core Stakeholders of Rural Homestays in Yongtai County

Abstract:[Objective/Meaning]Under the background of vigorously advocating the development of homestay economy,analyzing the interest demands of multiple subjects in rural homestay,and exploring the symbiotic mechanism among the stakeholders to coordinate the conflicts of interests of all involved sides,were conducive to the promotion of the rural tourism value chain and the realization of the economic value of green water and green mountain.[Methods/Procedures]Based on the field survey data,the mean comparison and paired-sample T test were used to analyze the interest demands and interactive relationship of the core stakeholders in rural homestays.Then,the interest demands and order of each core stakeholder were analyzed,and the ways to realize the interest demands of each core stakeholder were explored.[Results/Conclusions]The results showed that the core stakeholders of rural homestays in Yongtai had different categories of interest demands,with notable variations in the degree of attention they received.The primary interest demands of the four core stakeholders were inconsistent,and their perceptions of the importance of different demands varied.Additionally,the same demand may have different connotations,which was easy to produce the symbiotic conflicts.However,they had a common goal:the development of rural homestays should"focus on the environmental protection and service quality improvement",which could provide the conditions for their symbiosis.

Abstract:Internet of Things, loT, is a new technical hierarchy system combined by several information technologies. IoT is known as the third wave of global information industry after computer and Internet. The applications of IoT in agriculture are required by the modern agriculture development. This paper introduces the IoT's concept, the system framework, the development, and the applications in agriculture. Furthermore, this paper analyses the key technologies of agriculture IoT, including the sensor networking technology, the identification technology, communication technology and the intelligent processing technology, and points out the existing challenges and development directions of the above technologies.
