Analysis on the Development of Taiwan Homestay and its Enlightenment

Abstract：The development of Taiwan homestay has grown in maturity;the industry brings scale economic effect.The spatial agglomeration is found in the industry.It is full of character in sight,theme,food,serving and market.But there are also some problems in the industry.The enlightenment lies in that the creative theme meet the need of the multiple market,special serve promote the consumption charm,the various marketing strategy increase the home stay marketing,strategic alliance help to make more benefits.
