Abstract：Applying the TBL-CBL-PBL integrated teaching method to pathology routine technical internship teaching has shown significant effects compared to traditional teaching. After the internship, the experimental group using the integrated teaching method had better assessment scores, lower operation error rates, and higher levels of critical thinking, job competence, and teaching satisfaction compared to the control group, effectively enhancing students' overall quality and optimizing the teaching effectiveness.
