Abstract：This review aims to comprehensively elucidate the current research status and progress of functional feed additives in the aquaculture of sea cucumbers.By meticulously classifying and analyzing various functional feed additives,such as immunostimulants that enhance the inherent defense mechanisms of sea cucumbers,nutritional enhancers that can precisely supplement key nutrients,and attractants that improve feed utilization efficiency,this review delves into the positive impacts of these additives on multiple aspects,including growth performance,immune function,antioxidant defense systems,and gut microecological balance in sea cucumbers.Furthermore,it looks ahead to future research directions,intending to lay a theoretical foundation for the scientific development and rational application of functional feed additives in sea cucumber aquaculture.
