Abstract:In the context of global energy crisis and"double carbon",perovskite solar cells(PSCs)have attracted worldwide research attention.PSCs are on the cusp of commercialization, but the disposal of lead halide perovskite(LHP)in decommissioned PSCs has not been adequately considered yet.A solution recovery process based on selective dissolution has been explored, which requires effective solvents to dissolve both LHP and its degraded lead halide salts and then recycle them.Herein, the crystal structure and Pb toxicity of LHP,as well as the structure of PSCs and the dismantling of decommissioned PSCs are introduced in this review. The solubility prediction methods of LHP and selection methods of low-hazard solvents are summarized. The research progresses are overviewed. Finally, the future research direction of this field is proposed. This work lays the foundation for the commercialization and sustainable development of PSCs.
