Abstract:The multi-degree-of-freedom engine mounts have coupling problems that directly affect the vibration isolation of the mounts.Firstly, the dynamics of the engine mounts system with 6 degrees of freedom and considering the elastic base 9 and 12 degrees of freedom are modeled respectively; And then, the effect of body elasticity on the inherent frequency of the mounts and the corresponding formations is analyzed. The study shows that ①the mounts system considering the influence of the vehicle frame directly affects the inherent characteristics and decoupling rate of the system;②Vehicle elasticity in the z-direction is most sensitive to the vertical intrinsic frequency of the system;③the right mounts Z-direction,the left mounts Y-direction and the rear mounts Y-direction stiffness have the greatest influence on the system's intrinsic frequency of lateral sway;④The lower Y-directional stiffness values of the right mount and left mounts are sensitive to the pitching intrinsic frequency of the coupled system.
