Abstract：As a new type of material,nanomaterials have been widely used in various fields such as medical diagnosis,treatment,antiviral.This paper reviewed the development and classification of nanomaterials and its application in biosensing,sterilization and magnetic materials.Meanwhile,in-depth analysis of the application of nanomaterials in virus detection and prevention.Compared with traditional virus detection methods,the addition of nanomaterials can improve the sensitivity and specificity of virus detection.In terms of prevention and control of virus,nanomaterials as vaccine adjuvants can improve the immunogenicity,and it has a targeting function to specific parts,releasing for antiviral drugs to increase the antiviral activity.At present,nanomaterials are increasingly concerned in biomedicine,virus detection and prevention.Therefore,this article summarized the nanomaterial applications in the field of virus,and looked forward to its future development direction in this fields.
