Abstract:A fluorescent probe (L) with near-infrared (NIR) emission was designed and synthesized , and its structure was characterized. In DMF/H2 O (1/1, v/v, PBS 20 mM, pH=9.7) solution, probe L exhibits high selectivity to fluoride ion (F -) with high sensitivity and good anti -interference ability over other anions. The recognition mechanism of probe L for F -was confirmed by 1 H NMR comparison experiments , indicating that F-triggered the cleavage of Si -O bond in the probe, releasing the corresponding NIR -emitting fluorophore. In addition, probe L can be used for fluorescence imaging of F -in living MCF-7 cells.
