Reaction dynamics of atmospheric pressure plasma jet

Abstract：In recent years , atmospheric pressure plasma jet cleaning has been received tremendous atten-tion, and realizing quantitative control in effect of the plasma jet cleaning has also been received tremendous at -tention .In this paper , the kinetic equation for the plasma jet cleaning is established according to reaction dynam -ics and Arrhenius law , and the frequency factor and activation energy in the kinetic equation are calculated for the plasma jet cleaning equipment in this paper .Through comparing the theoretical value of cleaning and experi-mental value of cleaning , the two equations show a good agreement .The determination of kinetic equation for the plasma jet cleaning provide theoretical basis and research method for quantitatively control in the plasma jet cleaning process .
