Research progress on antibiotic pollution in coastal marine waters

Abstract：Antibiotic was a new kind of pollution in ocean environment .The ntibiotics were widely used ev-ery year, which caused a great threat to human and ocean ecological environment .In order to understand the dis-tribution characteristics of antibiotics in coastal waters , reduce the pollution of residual antibiotics , and ensure the healthy development of marine ecosystem , this paper reviewed the pollution source and distribution of antibi-otics in coastal environment by consulting literature and field investigation .The ocean ecological influence of an-tibiotics was discussed .The key study point was suggested in the future according to marine current situation , which included the following four aspects:(1) Sensitive areas will be investigated .The polluted pathways will be discussed ,and the degradation methods will be studied .( 2 ) The analysis methods of the low concentration antibiotic will be established and improved .The characteristics of space -time distribution of antibiotics in ma-rine environment will be clarified .(3) The behavior of different antibiotics in the marine environment will be re-searched.(4) The ecological environment risk will be carried out .The toxicity of antibiotics and their degrada-tion products will be analyzed .
