Establishment and application of fuzzy synthetic evaluating model for choice of cooperation partnership

Abstract：At present , to obtain sustainable development , application-oriented universities need to adhere to the "combination of work and study and school -enterprise cooperation"n and find satisfactory enterprise co-operation partnership to achieve mutual benefit for both sides , thus stabilizing the school -enterprise cooperation for a long time.Drawing on the supply chain management thoughts , this paper constructs the cooperative rela-tionship between schools and enterprises in the talent training supply chain of application -oriented universities to make sure the relationship between the school and the enterprise will be sincerely cooperative , benefit sharing and co-governing .In order to scientifically select the enterprise partners in application -oriented universities talent training supply chain , this article uses four first -class indicators-corporate credibility , business input , school-enterprise compatibility and school -enterprise matching degree , which are highly valued by scholars domestically and abroad , 12 secondary indicators such as enterprise operation situation and Theil unbalanced in -dex and fuzzy synthetic evaluating model to select satisfactory enterprise cooperation partners .Finally, the article proposes that only through the trust mechanism , power mechanism , and the monitoring and evaluation mechanism can a long and stable school -enterprise partnership in the talent training supply chain of application -oriented university be established .
