Abstract:In this paper, conductive TiO2 powders were prepared by co-precipitation method using SnCl4·5H2O and SbCl3 as basic processors, by coating Sb-doped SnO2 on TiO2.Different crystal forms of TiO2 was prepared, and examined the effects the different crystal type of TiO2 on the conductive properties of the powders, characterizing of powders by XRD, TEM, SEM.The cyclic voltammetry (CV) curves of two different crystal forms overlapped and the areas of them were the same. The results of cyclic voltammetry(CV) curves and impedance measurements analyzing on the composite electrode investigated by the electrochemical workstation showed that with an increase in the scan rate, the anodic and cathodic peaks of the CV curves shifted to higher and lower potentials, respectively, and the shape of the peaks didn''t change obviously; The arc radius of capacitive reactance of two different crystal forms of powder almost overlapped in the high frequency region, and in the low frequency area had nearly the same slope. In conclusion that under the same size, different crystal forms of TiO2 had almost no effect on the conductivity of conductive TiO2.
