Abstract:The yolk-shell structure aluminum phenylphosphonate microspheres possess not only a special"core@void@shell"structure,but also two opposite properties in one particle,i. e. anionic core and cationic shell, which makes them adsorb anionic and cationic ions simultaneously. The yolk-shell structure aluminum phenylphosphonate microspheres were used as carriers, their load behavior for doxorubicin hydrochloride of anti-cancer drug and folic acid of targeting agent was investigated by using Ultraviolet-Visible spectrophotometry. The results indicate that aluminum phenylphosphonate microspheres can efficiently load anticancer drug of doxo-rubicin hydrochloride, and load enough folic acid to meet the requirement of targeting to cancer cells.
