Abstract:Ag/TiO2 composite conductive powder was prepared using wet chemical method applied TiO 2 as substrate. The effect of different molar ratio of TiO 2 and AgNO3 on conductivity was researched in this paper , and the products were characterized by SEM and XRD .To analyzing its electrochemical performance , the composite electrodes were made .The results showed that the products capacitive arc radius altered with the molar ratio of TiO2 and AgNO3.When its ratio of Ag and TiO2 surpassed over 1:3, high-frequency capacitive arc radius grad-ually reduced while the intersection value of the curve with the horizontal axis small and the low -frequency re-gion slope larger .That indicated that the molar ratio of Ag and TiO 2 was higher , the better the conductive proper-ties was.The above results show that when the surface of the TiO 2 substrate is coated with Ag particles more dense, a complete conductive network structure is formed on the TiO 2 surface, and the conductivity was better . The result was consistent with the value measured with a Resistivity Meter .
