Robust passivity for discrete -time delayed standard neural network

Abstract：In this paper , the passivity of discrete -time delayed standard neural network is investigated .The delay-dependent passive criterion is obtained according to the theory of Lyapunov stability , and the existing of state-feedback controller is given .Numerical example verifies the feasibility of the proposed methods .
