Research on household income satisfaction and its influence factors Based on study and analysis in urban resident of Jinzhou

Abstract：This paper entirely tests and evaluates income satisfaction with two methods, one of which is ratio method, namely the ratio of actual income to expected income, the other of which is to consider income satisfac-tion as a subjective variables, dividing it into five levels and assignments, completely not satisfied=1, not satis-fied=2 , comparatively satisfied=3 , satisfied=4 , completely satisfied=5 . And making cross tabulation and a-nalysis of several factors affecting income satisfaction, conducting correlation and regression analysis with multi-classification Logistic model. The results shows that income satisfaction of citizens in Jinzhou concentrates on comparatively-satisfied level, and levels of household income is commonly low. Age, gender, education back-ground, income level and income gap are important factors. It is suggested that household income gap should be reduced, household income gap should be increased and salaries of well-educated people should be increased, young people should be encouraged to start their businesses.
