Abstract：Layer cubic -like ZnIn2 S4 particles were synthesized under the solvothermal route with the Zn (CH3COO)2 as Zn source, InCl3 as the In source, thiourea as the S source.The morphology and structure were analysis with the SEM images 、EDS analysis 、ICP-OES and XRD analysis .
