Research on the computing method of commercial saturation in a city

Abstract：China′s commercial real estate seems disordered during the undergoing urbanization.The reason is that there is not accurate index to illustrate the development of commercial real estate .This thesis analyzed the defect of the present calculating method, based on which we proposed to integratedly use three methods to meas-ure the development of the commercial real estate, such as the method of purchasing power, the method of dy-namic relative index and the method of per capita commercial area.Additionally, it also took the Jinzhou city as an example and gave some advice.
