Identification and optimization of the relation between solar short wave radiation and cloudiness in freshwater ice of Heilongjiang area

Abstract：Based on the parameterization scheme of the relationship between solar short wave radiation and cloudiness on the sea ice area of high latitude in the literature, using the solar radiation data which were observed in the winter of 2009 and 2010 at Hongqipao reservoir of Heilongjiang Province, the cloudiness date downloaded from China Meteorological Data Sharing and the date of observation point of the solar zenith angle, solar time, latitude and so on, the parameter identification model was constructed in light of the least square method.It was solved with the help of the program of MATLAB and the parameterization scheme of the relation between solar short wave radiation and cloudiness in freshwater ice of Heilongjiang area was obtained through numerical analy-sis.
