Abstract:Aimed to establish an animal model to evaluate the virulence of Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains, a mixed orthogonal test was designed to infect four -week old mice with different concentrations and virulences of Vibrio paraheamolyticus through intraperitoneal injection and orogastric inoculation .The symptoms and mortality were observed to analysis the toxicity of V.paraheamolyticus.The results demonstrated that the order of factors influencing the mortality is methods of infection , concentration of bacterium and toxicity of strains .The mice in-traperitoneally injected with 7.5 ×107 cfu/mL V.parahaemolyticus ATCC 17802 appeared the poorest mental state and highest mortality .
