Abstract：The problem of robust stabilization and H∞ control for neutral stochastic system with time -var-ying delay has been discussed .By Lyapunov functional and It o^formula, based on state feedback controller , the method of closed loop system of robust stabilization and H∞ control have been given by linear matrix inequality (LMI).Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the method .
