Abstract：Graphene is a new kind of carbon materials with two -dimensional hexagonal structure .It has been a research focus in recent years because of its unique properties .This review introduces two synthesize methods of graphene -micromechanical cleavage and exfoliation , and chemical cleavage and exfoliation .At the same time , the advantages and disadvantages of various methods of all the methods were analyzed , and the prep-aration methods for the future were made prospect .
