The R & D aspiration and performance---Based on private manufacturing firm in Liaoning province

Abstract：Liaoning is a one of the largest provinces in manufacturing industry in China , but the size of the private manufacturing enterprises and quality and its research and development ability has been the drawback in the development of manufacturing industry .In this paper , using the 2011 industrial enterprises in China database , We examines the determinants of the R&D aspiration of private enterprises the the impact on corporate performance of R&D.The results showed that the main business income , number of employees , inventory turnover and asset -lia-bility ratio has a positive influence on enterprise′s development tendency , export proportion , the density of capital and industry type has a negative influence on enterprise development tendency ;And the intensity of R&D and en-terprise performance is presented significant inverted u -shaped curve between relations .Based on this , this paper put forward the improve enterprise R&D enthusiasm and efficient countermeasures and Suggestions .
