Abstract：According to the status and characteristics of data structure course , the practice teaching system that aimed at developing students application and innovation ability is constructed , and the quality assurance sys-tem and quality evaluation system with the practice teaching system corresponding are built at the same time .The teaching practice show that the practice teaching system developing the students self -study ability , and develo-ping the students application ability and innovation ability .
