Abstract：This paper describes the production of the resistor , and introduces a method of making low resist-ance techniques , to produce a nominal value of a low value resistor 0.01000 Ω, kelvin bridge with its measure-ment , and the measurement results are given its standard uncertainty , and the innovative experiment are summa-rized.
