Abstract：In this paper , the basis rescheduling framework is described firstly .Under this rescheduling framework some key concepts of rescheduling are analyzed detailedly .And then , the practical application of key concepts, such as rescheduling environments , rescheduling strategies , rescheduling policies and rescheduling methods is studied .
