Control of main pipe flow in aluminum powder classification

Abstract：Aluminum powder plays an important role in modern industry and military .Main pipe flow in a-luminum powder classification has a great effect on product quality .Based on the specific need of an aluminum powder manufacturer , a fuzzy-PID controller is designed for the main pipe valve so that the flow rate is able to return to set value quickly after big interference .The method of adjusting working frequency of the fan is re-searched to reduce total flow fluctuations and meanwhile maintain the valve at the large degree of opening which saves energy .The results prove the effectiveness .
