Research on profits allocation model of contractual innovation alliance based on combined shapely value

Abstract：With the change in the competition intense and individuation of customer requirement , building innovation alliance has become the strategic choice of many enterprises .Innovation alliance can be divided into equity alliance and contractual alliance , in which profits allocation of contractual alliance has long been the focus of research thanks to its loose and dynamic characteristics .According to the distinguishing feature of contractual innovation alliance , this paper , by considering comprehensively such facts as knowledge spillovers , investment , risk etc .put forward the combined shapely value method , which can provide a decision -making reference for the allocation of benefits of innovation alliance .
