Reform and Exploration on the Training Mode of Excellent Computer Professional Engineers

Abstract：For training excellent computer professional engineering talents ,this paper presents the new mode of“1234”.The“1234” means that hold a common thread , implement two docking , complete the three combina-tion and strengthen the four construction .With CDIO mode as important theoretical basis and three screw theory as guidance , the model establishes a good interactive relationship in the government , enterprises and school , and forms the social engineering education environment .The model is applied in reforming and practicing on the tal-ent training , students'professional development , teachers team construction , curriculum system construction , en-gineering ethics education , the teaching method reform , university-enterprise cooperation mechanism and so on , which has made remarkable achievement .
