The research of precaution marine oil pollution in China

Abstract：As the most important resource of energy , petroleum caused many cases of pollution in the sea . The thesis analyzed the reasons and the approaches of petroleum pollution in the sea .It focused on the case of petroleum pipelines explosion of Dalian harbor and the case of oil -spill disaster of Conocophillis , and pointed out the issue that China lacks the conscious of administrating disaster and lacks the mechanism of estimating envi -ronment carrying capacity , as well as the lack of the conscious of safety and the real -time monitoring system .At the end, it proposed some countermeasures and advices against the petroleum pollution in the sea for China .
