Abstract：The influence of flammable gas explosion on the civilian residential building structure is engaging more and more people's attention .In combination with the force transfer characteristics of the masonry building , preliminarily discusses the destruction process and the main destruction reasons of the structural elements , such as the walls , concrete floor slabs , balconies , windows and doors on the basis of the typical flammable gas explo-sion accidents happened in the masonry building .The solutions are also proposed to provide a certain basis for the anti-explosion design and structure reinforcement of masonry structure in future .
