Abstract：Solar energy is renewable energy , at present , most of photovoltaic research mainly concentrates in the fixed angle , when the sun light and the solar panels generate fixed angle , it adjusts the position of solar cell to the sun directy lighting solar panels ,therefore this paper will research on advanced adjusting allowance of the solar battery board and take certain allowance coefficient to achieve the best receiving effect and use fuzzy reason -ing method to solve allowance coefficient .
