The Social Welfare from Monopoly in the Market Existing Government Intervention

Abstract：Management of enterprises not only to cope with the challenge of the market but deal with the gov -ernment's intervention .From the view of welfare , cope with market will incentive enterprises to supply more and better goods and service , but cope with government will cause corruption .In the competition process , to obtain max profit, enterprises have to use some resource to cope with government , but in the monopoly market , the en-terprise could cope with market only .We construct a game model to analyze enterprise's competitive behavior . The result show that the social welfare will higher in the monopoly market when the government intervention is ex -isting .
