Abstract：Using solvothermal method , Cu2 O microcrystals had been successfully prepared by controlling the concentration of isopropyl alcohol .X-ray diffraction ( XRD) and scanning electron microscopy ( SEM) were used to characterize various properties of the prepared Cu 2 O microcrystals .
