Preparation of manganese carbonate nanometer powder from titanium oxide abraum salt
Abstract：Manganese carbonate powders were prepared by precipitation method using titanium oxide abraum salt as raw material.The influences of process conditions on productivity and purity of samples were studied.Meanwhile,the samples were characterized by XRD,TEM and FT-IR.The results show that the productivity of manganese carbonate increases with the dose of sodium bicarbonate increasing.The productivity of manganese carbonate increases while purity decreases a bit as the temperature rises.The productvity of manganese carbonate increases and the purity decreases slightly with the extending of reaction time.The characterization results indicate that the powders are manganese carbonate crystal which was well dispersed irregular nano-particles and strip nanorod whose width is less than 10 nm.
