Analysis of re- construction and planning schemes for town distribution network
Abstract：The primary mission of re - construction and planning for distribution network is making feasible planning of power grid on the basis of power quality and operation condition. This includes analyzing power grid situation, electric load forecasting, network planning, planning of distribution network automation. The re - construction and planning for town distribution network is based on analyzing power grid, forecasting the long term and short term load of the town by using gross prediction method and space prediction method, determining substation location and capacity, proposing re - construction and planning schemes for substation' s mid - voltage transmission line, carrying out the electrical calculation and the summary of quantity, and finally estimating the investment and analysis of the economic benefits.
