Construction of a chemosensing ensemble and its fluorescent recognition for oxalate in water
Abstract:Dinuclear copper complex 4 was prepared by using binaphthol based bisSchiff base as ligand, which was used as dicarboxylate receptor. A chemosensing ensemble was constructed by 4 and sodium fluoresceine. The dicarboxylate recognition property of the constructed chemosensing ensemble was examined in water solution ( HEPES l0 mM, pH = 7.4) through indicator displacement - assays. The chemosensing ensemble exhibits a good selectivity to oxalate and the recognition process is barely interfered by other coexisting dicarboxylates.
