Analysis of models target logic evolution for government action in China＇s urban housing system changes
Abstract：The reform of China＇s housing system has gone through a hard journey during the past decades Although we have made remarkable achievements, the overall progress we made is not ideal. From the housing distribution in kind to the commercialization of housing market, the span is too large, and the price is too high, causing too many problems. Through empirical of process, comparative analysis of the changes methods for investigating changes in China＇s urban housing system in four different stages of the housing system of the central government and local government behavior goals. Through model analysis, the causes are explored for China＇surban housing system changes and evolution. As the local government and the central government target system and different weights, the efficiency of the formation of a different system of fair housing preferences and preference CHIVe.
