Hydrothermal synthesis, crystal structure and fluorescent a new supramolecular compound (H2 bbi)5 (HP2 Mo5 O23 ) (H2O)2
Abstract:A dimensional supramolecular hybrid, ( HE bbi ) 5 ( HP2 Mo5 023 ) 2 ( H2 O) 2 ( bbi = 1,1'- ( 1,4 - butanediyl) bis (imidazole), has been synthesized by mild hydrothermal reaction and structurally characterized by elemental analyses, IR, and single - crystal X - ray diffraction analysis. The compound is crystallized in the monoclinic, space groupP2(1)/c, a = 17. 253(5)A, b = 21. 169(5) A, c = 25. 397(5) A, g = 4,β = 104. 537(5) A,V = 8979(4)A^3,R1 = O. 0383, wR2 = 0. 0868. The crystal structure shows that two crystallo- graphic independent Standberg -type[ HPEMo5 02323 ] s- anions and five protonated H2bbi ligands are interlinked into one dimensional chain by hydrogen bonding interactions, Moreover, the title compound exhibits blue emis- sion in the solid state at room temperature.
