Research on calculation model for flow stress of steel 33Mn2V
Abstract：On the basis of hot rolling experiment on steel 33Mn2V,it is concluded that the peak stress and peak strain increase with the decrease of deformation temperature and the increase of deformation rate.By a comparison of data from the experiment,the calculation model for flow stress is established and proved to be applicable to the actual engineering calculation.Thus,this model can be applied to simulate high-speed flow stress for some materials,whose simulation database can be correspondingly set up.
