Abstract:In this paper analyzed the process of information technology into the basic education system from the perspective of ecology and emphatically discussed the problems should be pay attention in order to give rise to the thinking of managers and teachers.

Abstract:This paper aims to have a clear knowledge on the current application status of personal knowledge management in the study of college students through surveys and researches, and correspondingly propose several strategies and models for them to better leverage personal knowledge management in study, in an attempt to make this method become a useful impetus for the comprehensive development of the contemporary college students.
