摘要：Distal radius fractures are often combined with injuries to the distal radioulnar joint(DRUJ)and the triangular fibrocartilage complex(TFCC),significantly impacting wrist function.This article reviews the latest advancements in the diagnosis and treatment of these complex injuries.Radiographic evaluations such as X-rays,CT scans,and MRI have become increasingly important in diagnostics,with emerging measurement techniques providing more precise anatomical information.There are controversies on the treatment strategies for distal radius fractures accompanied by ulnar styloid fractures;some studies advocate for surgical fixation to improve functional outcomes,while others favour conservative treatment.Arthroscopic techniques have shown significant advantages in TFCC repair,enhancing surgical success rate and recovery speed.Ulnar single-tunnel repair and reconstruction techniques for chronic irreparable TFCC injuries have been widely applied in practice,demonstrating favourable clinical outcomes.Future research should further explore advancements in imaging tools and treatment techniques to optimise long-term treatment outcomes and quality of life for patients.
