强直性脊柱炎合并齿状突骨折治疗研究进展

摘要：Odontoid fracture has been a challenge for spinal surgeons since it was first discovered in the early 20th century.In recent years,the incidence rate of odontoid fractures has increased significantly.Current research shows that odontoid fractures account for 15%of all cervical fractures.Anderson and D'Alonzo divided odontoid fracture into three types,which have been adopted worldwide.Historically,the mortality rate of odontoid fracture is high as 50%.The progress of modern diagnosis and treatment has reduced the total mortality rate to 4%-11%.Ankylosing spondylitis(AS)is a kind of systemic inflammation and progressive arthritis.It is reported that 75%of AS patients have cervical vertebra involvement.The probability of acute cervical fracture in long-term AS patients is 3.5 times higher than that in the general population,while the mortality rate is 35%.Most fractures occur in the lower cervical spine,at the level of the intervertebral disc.There are few reports on the surgical treatment of upper cervical fractures,especially odontoid fractures,in AS patients.The author reviewed the research progress in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis with acute odontoid fracture through literature review.
