丝素蛋白复合物在骨缺损中的应用

摘要：It is common that trauma,tumor,congenital aplasia or other causes lead to human bone defects.The shape and function of the bone will be effected,and the patients' quality of life will be worsened to different degrees.Therefore,the repair of bone defects has always been one of the focuses in orthopaedics.For a wide range of bone defects,artiifcial material is a better choice.Silk ifbroins are excellent artiifcial materials,with many characteristics of bone defect repair materials.In this paper,new advances of silk ifbroin composite materials in clinical application are introduced and their clinical applications in the future are predicted.
